Kingdom of Wales
The Kingdom of Wales was an absolute Monarchy situated on the British Isles. Their capital was located in Cardiff. Wales was divided into 4 individual Duchies, each responsible for tax rates within their region, each led by a duke and/or duchess. Once a month, the dukes and duchesses came to Cardiff for the Electors council, where one of the 4 dukes/duchesses would be elected as Lieutenant Protector of Wales, essentially acting as the King's senior advisor to all matters.
The majority of Wales speak Welsh, however English is considered 1 of the 2 official languages, the other being Welsh.
