The republic of Velania, or Velania is situated in central Europe with seven statistical regions.
History
In 1946 after the war Elijah Micharet founded the "National territory of the Velanian people” in the ex-hungarian territory, 3 years later it became “Federation of Velania”
During the cold war
In 1960 Velania fell under a communist dictatorship and was deeply influented by the Soviet Union and so was until 1992 when the Velanian National Liberators fought in a civil war to overthrow the communist regime and establish a republic.
After the cold war
After the V.N.L defeated the communist regime, Velania became a republic so at is today, and recovered from the communist period, building its economy back.
