Kingdom of Wales

The Kingdom of Wales is an absolute Monarchy situated on the British Isles. Their capital is located in Cardiff. Wales is divided into 4 individual Duchies, each responsible for tax rates within their region, each led by a duke and/or duchess. Once a month, the dukes and duchesses come to Cardiff for the Electors council, where one of the 4 dukes/duchesses is elected Lieutenant Protector of Wales, essentially acting as the King's senior advisor to all matters.

The majority of Wales speak Welsh, however English is considered 1 of the 2 official languages, the other being English.
