Corps
Whilst not a unit type, it is an administrative type that oversees the entire organisation/structure/regulations of specific types of units, there are numerous Corps, such as the Infantry Corps and Airborne Corps.
Divisions
A Division is a administrative unit that oversees an entire geographical region, i.e the 1st (Hibernian) Division which encompasses all troops within the island of Ireland. Divisions have Brigades and battalions and are led by Major Generals.
Division staff are not responsible for directly commanding units other than the Division's Brigades.
Brigades
Brigades are sub-units of Divisions that encompass entire provinces, for example the 1st (Infantry) Brigade would be stationed in Munster, 2nd (Armoured) Brigade would be in Cornwall. Brigades hold regiments and battalions or even independent companies. Brigades are led by Brigadiers.
