1st Crusade

The 1st Crusade up until 19th January when writing, has been the largest war in RoNations by size of soldiers and nations. There was only ever one battle which was the initial invasion of the Coral sea which resulted in a victory for the crusaders.
Prelude
The Coral Sea Islands (Full name: The Gay and Lesbian Kingdom of the Coral Sea Islands' was a small nation set on the coral sea islands up north of the island of Australia. This nation was a majority lgbt populated state and even had the pride flag as its flag. This didn't set well with the existing nation states who worried that more like this could spring up and ruin the community of RoNations and force it to become more diverse friendly, so a crusade was launched by nearly every nation at the time.

Conservative State Of Balkan | The Conservative State Of Balkan joined for the main reason of keeping lgbt stuff out of the RoNations community and maintaining a status quo on the server, additionally the CSOB was conservative and thus fought against it. |

Nations Who Didn't
One odd stand out nation wad the United Kingdom, the United Kingdom at the time was looking to expand its territory back to the days of the British Empire and so the coral sea islands would have been a good base for Asian colonisation however the UK chose to stay out for a few reasons, number one was it was more focused at home on on defending Northern Ireland and two it didn't want to be on the same side as the Celts, additionally their time was more stretched and so was unable to join the crusade. Britain did however not trade nor diplomatically recognise the Coral Sea islands.
Support for the Coral Sea Islands
The only nation to give diplomatic support to the Coral Sea was sealand.
The War
The coalition (except for rodonia, texas, switzerland) all sent troops to invade, the total invasion force was around 30-37 people, with the GLK only mustering 4 people. The invasion started on the 28th of May from a aircraft carrier. There was 2 initial invasion divisions and 3 invasion groups, the naval invasion and airborne invasion with additional air support from Cork mil-24 helicopters.
The 3 groups that were created was army Slav, army Celt and army Support.
Army Slav
Army slav comprised of all slavic nations in the coalition, so CSOB, Pomerania and Yugoslavia. Their role was to capture the main town on the coast and advance up and occupy the bridge, they had the hardest role however were given support by army group Support. Army group Slav comprised of 4 people and was led by BANN (Junker.). All air support was given to army group Slav.
Army Celt
Army Celt comprised of all Celtic and Britannic nations, so Cork, Celtic union and Yorkshire. Their job was to land on the far right and attack on the enemies right flank and provide additional support to army group Slav they would have had to face on Coral leopard tanks. They were not given air support. Army group celt wasn't in the naval invasion plan as they were entirely airborne troops.
Army Support
Army support was made up of all the other nations and had to naval land on the coat with army slav and take on the main enemy force, they had a tough job as they had to instantly start moving towards the bridge and take on enemy leopard tanks.
The Invasion
The invasion was commanded by grandhappy and co-commanded by killenoob08 with Grisu and Bann being close advisors of the invasion, grandhappy oversaw all operational planning and strategic movement whilst kille oversaw the organization of the invasion. The invasion started with alot of issues first mainly because grand fucked up with the commands and accidently muted everyone included him and had to restart server.
The invasion initially had some troubles too, mainly with organising the invasion teams, there was only 5 ships and 3 helicopters, many troops had to stand on the outside of ships which resulted in a lot being shot before even landing, there was no proper landing craft provided.
Initially two landing craft were launched with minimal people as a small pre invasion to warm up for the remaining troops. Celtic helicopters were intended to give air support via machine gun.
There were 2 Corkonian mil-24 attack helicopters that were launched from the aircraft carrier that were to be used as ground support,
