The Swiss Airforce was the air component of the Swiss Armed Forces before Switzerland merged with Germany on the 15th of April 2024, in turn surrendering all air assets.

Aircraft

Before being annexed, the Swiss airforce enjoyed a plethora of aircraft at its disposal. Such as

  • x18 F-5 Tiger II
  • x25 F/A-18 Hornet
  • x14 Pilatus PC-6
  • x2 Bombardier Challenger 600

And numerous others.

History

As Switzerland was a neutral state, the airforce did not get involve with any conflict or wars.
