The requirements of the law Reformation were that Afghanistan could keep their laws but the Taliban now controlling Afghanistan could change or make up any laws inside of Afghanistan's Legislation. Most Afghanistan's supported this cause but it affected their everyday routines and freedom.

The laws and changes made include closing the women's university, making nearly all women to quit their jobs, closing down an important source of talent and expertise for the country. It restricted access to medical care for women, made dress codes, and made a curfew. The Taliban also reformed normal Afghanistan in to the Islamic Emirate Of Afghanistan.
