And it continued to grow with contracts from contractors around the globe. A long period of time in 2023 separated the Foundation after the 2nd Overseer seemingly went missing. Re-appointed Overseer "Field" plans on re-activating the organization into the FSC (Foundation of Security and Control). In 2024, the foundation is still conducting "Operation Re-activation" or "The Active Plan".
